Diane L. Cardoso is a Partner at Brady Reilly & Cardoso. She has been Certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney and is admitted to practice law in both New Jersey and New York State.

Her practice is concentrated in the area of civil litigation. Ms. Cardoso handles matters involving automobile negligence, premises liability, construction site negligence, legal malpractice and medical malpractice. She is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish. She is the First-Vice President of the Hudson County Bar Association, Treasurer of the New Jersey Association for Justice and a member of the American Board of Trial Attorneys (ABOTA).  Additionally, she sits on the Hudson County Civil Arbitration Selection Committee, Civil Practice Committee and is the Co-Founding Chair of the Women in Law Section of the Hudson County Bar Association.  Ms. Cardoso is the Secretary of the American Association for Justice Women Trial Lawyer Caucus and sits on the Board of Directors of the New Jersey Women Lawyers Association. She is a 2017-2018 Fellow of the New Jersey State Bar Association Leadership Academy.

Ms. Cardoso received the American Association for Justice Distinguished Service Award in 2021 and 2022 and the American Association for Justice Women Trial Lawyers Caucus Excellence in Leadership Award in 2021.  In 2017 she was honored with the Professional Attorney of the Year Award from the Hudson County Bar Association.  She has been selected for inclusion in New Jersey Super Lawyers list from 2016 through 2022. She was previously selected for inclusion in the New Jersey Super Lawyer list of Rising Stars from 2013-2015*. She is a frequent lecturer, having lectured previously for the Hudson and Essex County Bar Associations, the New Jersey Association for Justice and New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education.
